At Professional Aviation Services, one of our building blocks has been in the arena of International flying. With continuous International operations since 1985, we have experienced the tremendous changes implemented globally as they occurred.
Our expertise is worldwide including NAT’s, Euro Control, Iceland, Greenland, Azores, Cape Verde, Middle East, India, PACOT’s, Russia, Japan, China, Pacific Islands, Southeast Asia, Australia, all of Africa, and South America.
Our aim is to provide a custom package allowing you to determine what services you need. We maintain accounts with Nav Canada and Euro Control and set up accounts locally for each movement. You can choose between fully inclusive packages that pre-pay all charges and fees or any combination in between with the exception of fuel. We will be happy to provide you with a list of all available fuelers and their associated fuel programs, however, we do not offer fuel as a pre-paid item.
What we offer:
- We plan your routing based on your schedule, airport operating times, weather and winds aloft, range, destination weather and alternate requirements, and the landing fuel you desire.
- We plan your itinerary (based on your information) with a very concise, easy to read document, suitable for both crew and passengers, that breaks down departure and arrival times as well as dates in both local and GMT, distances and times to fly, and ground times for both tech stops and layovers. - All overflight and landing permits.
- Arrival/Departure slot times for both airport and ATC (if required).
- Validated Flight plans pre-filed or locally filed as appropriate.
- Weather and NOTAMS.
- Your handling agent or Fixed Base Operator at each destination. Complete contact information including all available phone numbers, fax, e-mail addresses, SITA, AFTN.
- A local POC (point of contact), available 24/7 capable of carrying out any unscheduled changes or special requests.
- Upon arrival, immigration and customs, passenger and crew member visas if appropriate, transportation and hotel accommodations for both passengers and crew, pick-up times, ground servicing including lav service, hangar or ramp space as pre-determined, confirmation of catering and special requests, confirmation of departure slot times (if required), fueling arrangements.
- All layover details including transportation, pick-up times, hotel accommodations and their associated communication numbers and addresses.
- Catering and special request items.
